4. Our SMS Texting Program

  • Message types: service updates, reminders, and announcements related to our programs.

  • Message frequency: up to 4 messages per month, plus transactional updates as needed.

  • Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier rates apply to all messages received.

  • Opt-in: you consented to receive messages through our website form, by texting us, or in person.

  • Opt-out: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation message. After confirming, we will remove your number from our list within 24 hours.

  • Help: reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at info@caosc.net or 843-887-7938.

  • Re-opt-in: if you opt out, you may re-opt in at any time by texting us again or submitting the opt-in form on our website.

5. Data Retention

We retain your phone number and messaging records for the duration of your active subscription plus four years for compliance record-keeping. Upon opt-out, your number is removed from our active messaging list within 24 hours. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at info@caosc.net or 843-887-7938.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

You may at any time:

  • Opt out by replying STOP to any message
